The leaked draft Supreme Court decision about the future of Roe v. Wade has all eyes on SCOTUS.
That’s why our team wanted to make sure you knew about other key SCOTUS decisions to watch for:
→ A decision on whether Alabama’s congressional map violated the Voting Rights Act
→ Multiple cases that will impact the scope of EPA protections for clean air and clean water
→ The first major case on the 2nd Amendment that this conservative-majority court will decide
This Supreme Court -- stacked with Trump appointees despite his failure to win the popular vote -- is making decisions about our bodies, our voting rights, our safety, the air we breathe, and the water we drink.
We cannot be idle while conservative extremists continue to chip away at the core of our representative democracy and our fundamental rights. Make a donation today to support All On The Line’s efforts to end gerrymandering.

This conservative-stacked court and cycle of gerrymandered state legislatures are both part of a decades-long effort to drive a wedge between the American people and our ability to effectively make change.
We know that every election, candidates and organizations make the claim that this election will be the most important of our lifetime. Truth be told, the stakes keep getting higher.
All On The Line is fighting for a world where voters can go to the polls (or vote by mail!) and know that their vote will make an impact. But we need your help to make that a reality.
As you’re donating to abortion funds and calling your senators asking them to codify abortion rights this week, we hope you’ll also chip in to help us address the big structural changes our democracy needs. If you’re able, you can make a donation here: www.actblue.com/donate/protectar

This is an election year, friend!!
This means the GOP is going to do whatever it takes to regain power, even if it means destroying our democracy and this country. Big Lie?! Big load of crap, if you ask me.
But if Democrats don't get their act together ASAP, we could be in for a rude awakening come November. Republicans are going to use their dirty tricks to snag control of Congress for themselves, and if that becomes reality, we can kiss the progress we've made under President Biden goodbye.
Friend, it’s official—I’ll be facing millionaire right-wing extremist JD Vance in November.
Bring it on. But before I go any further, I need your immediate help.
My team has set a 20,000 General Election Founding Donor goal. Will you pitch in a donation – split between me and Jacky Rosen – to help us kick off the general election in the strongest position possible? We’ll need dedicated folks like you in our corner if we want to flip Ohio blue.
You’d be hard-pressed to find a candidate more out-of-touch with hardworking Ohioans than JD Vance. He’s endorsed by Donald Trump and has the backing of Silicon Valley billionaire Peter Thiel’s $13.5 million super PAC.
But even with all of that on his side, I have a one-point lead on him in the polls—proving we have the momentum to flip Ohio blue. But I’m going to need a whole lot of help because the stakes of our battleground race just got a lot higher.
Now that the Supreme Court vote to overturn Roe v. Wade has been leaked, we can’t afford to let JD anywhere near the Senate. He called pregnancy from rape “inconvenient” and said overturning Roe would be a “victory.”
JD has the full backing of the entire Republican Party on his side, and they’ve committed to spending hundreds of millions to try to take back Senate control.
If you've saved payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately and be split between Tim Ryan and Jacky Rosen:
Having JD Vance in the Senate would be terrible for Ohio, and I need your help defeating him so we can invest in Ohio families and finally cut workers in on the deal.
This is the big one—so let’s do this.
➞ investments to support Democrats in elections
➞ support for redistricting reforms

BREAKING NEWS, friend:
The New York Times is reporting that the Jan. 6 committee has identified possible criminal charges against Trump.
The House committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol believes there is evidence that former President Donald J. Trump and some of his allies conspired to commit fraud and obstruction.
The little girl in this photo has no clue what a wild ride life has in store for her. Right now, all she knows is the joy of weekend camping with her family, tearing into her mom’s homemade meatballs and begging her dad to buy her a dirt bike.
Her dad raised her on three principles: work hard, be honest and respect everyone. She spent her life watching him pour his heart into bettering his community, and she became a first-generation college graduate and pursued a career in law to protect that community.
She went on to be elected Nevada’s attorney general just as the 2008 financial crisis wreaked havoc on America’s middle-class families and our economy. She took on the Big Banks with a fellow attorney general from California and secured $1.9 billion in relief for Nevada homeowners.
In 2016, she would make history as the first woman from Nevada and first Latina ever elected to the United States Senate. The odds were stacked against her, and many said she had no chance of winning. Mitch McConnell and the GOP spent nearly $50 million to defeat her, but her grassroots team stood by her every step of the way.
Friend, my story is one of community. It made me who I am today, and it's why I fight so hard for Nevada in the Senate. People doubted that a Latina could compete and overcome the odds to win. I’ve proven them wrong every time, and I know that with your help, I can do it again.
But right now, Donald Trump’s handpicked candidate is leading me by 3 points in the polls, and FiveThirtyEight's Nate Silver says I’m in serious danger of losing this toss-up race. Protecting my Democratic seat in Nevada is crucial for defending our Senate majority. That's why GOP outside groups have already spent more than $4 million to defeat me, and it's why I have to ask:
¡La lucha sigue! The fight continues!
